What to write about

Pro and billing. Include the email address you subscribed with. To change your plan, update your card or cancel, use “Manage subscription” on the Pro page (it’s instant and doesn’t need me). If you lost your Pro key, email me from the address you subscribed with and I’ll reissue it.

Something’s wrong with a puzzle. A city in the wrong place, a photo that doesn’t match, a bug. Tell me the puzzle number and the city if you can.

Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete data tied to your Pro subscription or leaderboard entry, email me. See the privacy policy for what exists.

Ideas and feedback. New features, difficulty, cities you’d like to see. Always welcome.

Reporting a security problem

If you’ve found a vulnerability, please email me with the word “security” in the subject and give me a chance to fix it before sharing it publicly. I’ll thank you for it.
